Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 March 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of CertDock. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you are using CertDock on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on that business's behalf.

Use of the service

CertDock is provided to help organisations manage certificate, credential, and compliance-related information. You must use the service lawfully and are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of the content you upload or manage through your workspace.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, controlling access to your workspace, and ensuring your users keep their login credentials confidential. You must notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access or a security incident.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your subscription. We may update pricing from time to time, but any change will apply prospectively.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time, including to improve the platform, address security issues, or comply with legal obligations.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in CertDock and all related software, branding, and content, excluding content you upload. You retain ownership of your data, and you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and provide the service to you.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertDock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law, including consumer guarantees that may apply.

Termination

You may stop using CertDock at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant State or Territory of Australia in which CertDock operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
